The delivery time for your orders varies depending on the delivery address provided. The delivery time only begins once payment is approved and product availability is verified.
Before placing your order, you can find out the delivery time by accessing your shopping cart and entering your zip code in the "Calculate shipping" field. After doing so, simply click the "Calculate" button, which will display the estimated delivery time for the zip code you entered—and the shipping cost.
LOXUS offers customers free shipping on purchases over R$700.00 for "normal" delivery throughout Brazil.
Important information
• The delivery time displayed in the “cart” is calculated according to the quantity of items in the order and the address provided;
• Adding a product to the "cart" does not guarantee its reservation. The product will only be reserved for the customer after the order is finalized and approved by the card operator;
• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm.
After closing the order, a message will be sent to your email informing you of the estimated delivery time.
In addition to traditional delivery, Loxus offers scheduled delivery times. Delivery times are divided into morning (7 AM to 12 PM), afternoon (12 PM to 6 PM), and evening (6 PM to 11 PM) on weekdays, excluding holidays. IMPORTANT: Check the next available date for scheduling.
Your order may be received by doormen, secretaries, family members or any responsible person, upon signature of the delivery receipt and presentation of a document, EXCEPT when orders are for collection in store, check the Store Collection Policy.
It's important to always check the invoice and the products upon delivery and refuse delivery if the packaging is not in proper condition or if there are signs of damage. In these cases, immediately notify our Customer Service team by calling (11) 987070008, or by sending an email to financeiro@loxusjoias.com.br.
ATTENTION
Regardless of the method chosen, the delivery time for your purchase will begin after payment confirmation by financial institutions.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
For your security, you can't change your shipping address after your purchase is complete. In this case, we can cancel your order and generate a voucher for the amount of your order in your CPF, allowing you to make your purchase again.
RETURNS/WITHDRAWALS
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt to cancel the purchase. The following criteria must be observed:
1. The product must not show signs of use;
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition with the Invoice/Receipt and warranty;
3. Have our label and no signs of breakage;
4. If an item was sent as a gift, this item must be returned and sent together with the returned product.
5. The refund will be made by refunding the amount paid by the customer, after LOXUS receives the product, in compliance with the credit card administrator's deadlines for crediting.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, product exchange requests will be accepted within a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date of delivery of the products, and respecting the following conditions:
1. The product must not show signs of use;
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging (even if it has been opened), without any signs of use, with all its accessories and bearing the label with the reference;
3. Have our label and no signs of breakage;
4. Along with the product, you must send the invoice (even if you received the product as a gift) and the warranty certificate, if you have one;
5. If there is a difference in value to be supplemented by the customer, the store prices must be respected.
6. The exchange will be made for another item of the same value, at the customer's choice, or as part payment for another item of a higher value than the exchanged item, upon payment of the difference.
7. If the exchange is made for a product of a lower value than the product given for exchange, LOXUS will not refund amounts, coupons or similar items.
8. Items purchased as a last-chance item or with a promotional discount cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded. Our promotions may have different terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT
Exchanges of custom-made products or jewelry that have been refurbished, engraved or modified are not permitted.
Only the first exchange is provided free of charge, with the customer being responsible for the reverse logistics costs of subsequent exchanges.
Refunds will only be processed after the goods have been received by the company, and have undergone a technical analysis to assess any signs of misuse or defects caused by the customer. If any discrepancies are detected in these areas, the company is exempt from accepting the return.
Exchanges due to defects are subject to a technical evaluation of the part. Presentation of the LOXUS Warranty Certificate is required for exchanges, returns, or any maintenance or repair services.
